Ingredienser:

  • 1 kg. umodne stikkelsbær
  • 1/2 liter vand
  • 100 g. sukker pr. liter saft
  • 3 klaser hyldeblomster

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Stikkelsbær og vand koges i 20 min.
  2. Si saften gennem klæde.
  3. Bring saften i kog med sukker i 3 min.
  4. Skum saften af og træk hyldeblomsterne gennem saften. Lad dem evt. ligge 5 min.
  5. Hæld straks geléen på atamonskyllede glas.
