Ingredienser:

  • 350 g. gule hindbær
  • 500 g. Aurora Blåbær
  • 300 g. syltesukker
  • 1 god spsk. honning

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Ingredienserne røres sammen i en gryde og bringes i kog under svag varme.
  2. Syltetøjet koger i 15 min. og hældes på atamonskyllede glas.
