God til vildt og oksekød

Ingredienser:

  • 50 g. finthakket løg
  • 1 tsk. olivenolie
  • 2 dl. solbærsaft
  • 1 spsk. balsamicoeddike
  • 1/2 l. kraftig vildtbouillon
  • Salt og peber

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Sauter de hakkede løg i olivenolien.
  2. Tilsæt solbærsaft og balsamicoeddike og lad det koge ind til 1 dl.
  3. Tilsæt vildtbouillon og lad det koge 4 min.
  4. Smag til med salt og peber.
