Ingredienser:

  • 2 æg
  • 2,5 dl. sødmælk
  • 1 knivspids salt
  • 250 g. hvedemel
  • 2 tsk. bagepulver
  • 150 g. brun farin
  • 1 vaniljesukker
  • 50 g. smør
  • 3 dl. solbær

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Pisk æg, mælk og salt.
  2. Bland mel, bagepulver, brun farin og vaniljesukker, og bland det i mælkeblandingen.
  3. Smelt smørret og rør det i.
  4. Rør forsigtigt solbærrene i.
  5. Fordel dejen i muffinsformene og bag i 20 min. på 200 grader.
