Ingredienser:

  • 1 kinakålshoved
  • 2 blommer
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 150 g. hindbær
  • 1/2 dl. hvidvinseddike
  • 1/2 tsk. honning

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Snit kålen i tynde strimler.
  2. Skærblommerne i tynde både.
  3. Riv mozzarellaen i tynde stykker.
  4. Bland ingredienserne og drys hindbærrene over.
  5. Bland hvidvinseddike og honning og fordel det over salaten lige inden servering.
