Ingredienser:

  • 125 g. smør
  • 75 g. rørsukker
  • 150 g. hvedemel
  • 1 tsk. bagepulver
  • 1 spsk. mælk
  • 1 tsk. vaniljepulver
  • 100 g. hakket hvid chokolade
  • 100 g. let mosede hindbær

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Tænd ovnen på 180 grader.
  2. Smør og sukker piskes lyst.
  3. Mel, bagepulver og mælk røres i.
  4. Vanilje og chokolade røres i.
  5. Vend forsigtigt hindbærrene i.
  6. Form 12 kugler og fordel dem på to bageplader.
  7. Bag cookies i 12-15 min.
  8. Lad dem køle og stivne på bagepladen.
