Ingredienser:

  • 1/2 løg – fintsnittet
  • 1 kvist frisk timian
  • 150 g. blåbær
  • 1/2 dl. vand
  • 1/2 dl. balsamicoeddike

Fremgangsmåde:

  1. Løget svitses sammen med timian.
  2. Blåbærrene tilsættes steges 2 minutter, til de første bær begynder at springe.
  3. Vand og balsamicoeddike tilsættes og chutney’en simrer ved svag varme yderligere 15 min.
  4. Serveres gerne med svinekød eller tunge efterårs-/vinterretter.
